Linguine Rosse Veraci/Red Genuine Linguine

Linguine alle vongole veraci e pomodorini ciliegini

Ingredienti:

  • Linguine
  • Vongole veraci
  • Pomodorini ciliegini
  • Cipolla rossa di Tropea
  • Aglio
  • Prezzemolo
  • Olio extra vergine d’oliva
  • Sale
  • Pepe

 Soffriggere in buon olio extra vergine d’oliva la cipolla rossa; aggiungere i pomodorini (tagliati a piacere) e scottarli fino ad “appassirli”, pepare. A parte soffriggere l’aglio, aggiungere le vongole e il prezzemolo. Unire in una padella pomodorini e vongole. Una volta portata a cottura la pasta (al dente), saltarla in padella con il condimento.

Linguine with genuine clams and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Linguine
  • Genuine clams
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion from Tropea
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Brown red onion in olive oil then add cherry tomatoes and cook all together  till they turn out lightly fried. Spice only with pepper. In a new pan, brown garlic and cook clams with parsley. Then add tomatoes. When linguine are cooked, sauté with condiment.
