Pollo fritto croccante con insalata mista

Ingredienti:

  • Petto di pollo
  • Farina di mais per polenta (tipo fioretto)
  • Olio di semi per friggere
  • Insalata mista (brasiliana, rucola, pomodori, peperoni, mais)
  • Sale, pepe, olio extra vergine e aceto balsamico

Tagliare il petto di pollo a pezzi di uguali dimensioni, infarinarli e gettarli in olio bollente fino a completa cottura e doratura. Scolarli e salarli. Guarnire il tutto con insalata mista. Piatto senza glutine.

 

Fried&crisp chicken with mixed salad

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • Cornmeal
  • Cooking oil
  • Mixed salad (green salad, rocket, tomatoes, pepper, corn)
  • Salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Cut to pieces chicken breast, cover with flour and deep-fry until golden brown. Drain and spice the gems with salt and pepper then garnish with mixed salad. Gluten free.
