Fusilli alla panna e funghi misti di bosco con speck croccante

Ingredienti:

  • Pasta (formato a piacere)
  • Panna da cucina
  • Funghi di bosco misti (porcini, gialletti, chiodini, caperate,…)
  • Speck a fette
  • Sale, pepe, prezzemolo, aglio e olio e.v.d’oliva

Pulire i funghi di bosco e metterli a cuocere su un soffritto di aglio, aggiungendo abbondante prezzemolo. Salare e pepare. Aggiungere la panna  e continuare a cuocere a fuoco lento. A parte tagliare a listarelle le fette di speck e scottarle in padella per renderle croccanti. Cuocere la pasta, scolarla a cottura ultimata e unire il sugo. Impiattare e guarnire con lo speck croccante.

Pasta with mixed mushrooms, single cream and speck ham

Ingredients:

  • Pasta
  • Single cream
  • Mixed wild mushrooms
  • Slices of speck ham
  • Salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and e.v. olive oil

Clean the mushrooms and cook them for a long time with browned garlic in olive oil, adding parsley. Salt and pepper. Add the single cream and continue to cook on a low flame. Scald the slices of speck and make them crispy. Cook the pasta, then sauté in a pan with the condiment. Put in a plate and compose the dish garnishing with crisp speck.
