Tartine con crema di cavolfiore, carota viola e aringa affumicata

Ingredienti:

  • Pasta brisèe
  • cavolfiore
  • crescenza o formaggio morbido spalmabile
  • carota viola
  • filetto di aringa affumicata
  • olio e.v.d’oliva, sale e pepe

Creare le tartine di pasta brisèe sugli appositi stampini e infornare. Lessare in pentola a pressione il cavolfiore dopo averlo pulito. Creare la crema nel mixer unendo al cavolfiore il formaggio spalmabile, sale, pepe e un goccio di olio e.v. Sbollentare la carota viola dopo averla pelata per renderla morbida. Sfornare le tartine e guarnirle con la crema, la carota viola e un filettino di aringa affumicata.

Canapè with cauliflower cream, violet carrot and kipper

Ingredients:

  • short crust pastry (savoury)
  • cauliflower
  • crescenza or soft cheese
  • violet carrot
  • kipper fillets
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

Create the canapé with a cookie cutter and bake in the oven following the instructions of the crust pastry. Boiled the cauliflower and mix it with cheese, salt, pepper and e.v.olive oil. Boil for  a few minutes the violet carrot after cutting into rounds. Take the canapé and fill with the cream of cauliflower, two rounds of carrot and a slice of kipper fillet.
