About me

Recipe for “Franzi”:

  • A pinch of male sex (someone call me Alpha, I don’t know why)
  • Aged from 1985 (excellent vintage year)
  • Cultivated in Northern Italy according to Italian tradition
  • A dusting of architectural engineering (bachelor’s degree can be sufficient)
  • Marinade in a superstore until he become a good sales clerk
  • Cook for 2 years in an engineering office with a lot of CAD designing
  • Stuff with interest in sport (MTB cycling and running)
  • Add a passion for cookery, food, wines
  • Garnish with my apology for my terrible English
